Melvin Geib Caballero

Melvin Geib Caballero is a research associate in political science at the University of Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU), Germany. His research explores the status of animals in ethical and political theory, with a particular focus on the legitimacy of institutions for their political representation and how such institutions can foster a more inclusive democracy. At the 9th Biennial Conference of the European Association for Critical Animal Studies (EACAS) in May 2025, he held a presentation about the "Ways Towards Effective Animal Representation".
