REGISTRATION

This year, we plan to have again a conference hosted in Luxembourg. Also, online participation is possible, but with a reduced scope. Please read about the IARC2024 Live/Online Concept before registering. Registration payment is possible via PayPal or money transfer to a bank account in Germany. Information about the food at the conference can be found here. If you want to participate but cannot afford the conference's regular registration fee, please sign up and send us an email describing the situation – we will find a solution.

Please note that you can only register for the full conference via this registration form. We also offer single-day rates:
Thursday = 20 EUR, Friday = 30 EUR, Saturday = 30 EUR Sunday = 20 EUR
Singler-day registrations are possible via onsite registration, or you can also register for the full conference via this form and send us an email, so that we can adapt the rate.
Since the start of the conference in 2011, the event has been organized completely by volunteers and we try to keep the participation fee as low as possible. However we have to cover the cost of the conference. Due to the pandemic situation in the years 2020 and 2021, we had a considerable minus and must now try to regain some of the losses of these years to ensure to the future of the conference. Therefore we have included the option to pay more than the regular registration fee. If you can afford it, please consider paying more than the regular registration fee, to help support the future of the IARC.

Shirts

To help finance the conference, we also sell shirts with the 2024 conference logo for 20 EUR each. The shirts can only be added if at least one participant of this registration will participate live in Luxembourg. Details about the shirts can be found here.

Payment Type
money transfer
You will receive the bank details including an IBAN and BIC number. You will need to transfer the EURO amount to the provided bank account in Germany. Please select this option if you can make a money transfer with EUR currency. When selecting this payment option, the full amount transferred can be used to finance the conference.
PayPal
You will receive details about the PayPal payment to the email specified. Please only select this option if you cannot make a money transfer with EUR currency. For each transaction via PayPal, a considerable percentage of the amount will be deducted by PayPal.

Conference Guideline
So that the conference can be a space where a wide variety of ideas and opinions can be exchanged, while providing the necessary respect for each other, every participant has to respect the Conference Guideline. Make sure to read the document before the conference and communicate this to the people you are registering for the conference.
