Jessica Di Bella

I have been a self-employed coach and management trainer since 2011, with strong expertise in workshops. I received my Ph.D. in entrepreneurship from the University of Mannheim in Germany, followed by a research term at Stanford University, US. In my research, I examined psychological and organizational resilience in high-risk contexts. For over ten years, I have been teaching innovation and change at universities as a lecturer and professor.

I became vegetarian at the age of 13; meanwhile, I am living 100 % vegan. With my new workshop "Changemaker", I want to support individuals and organizations in focusing their energies and starting their actions to make a real change for a better world.

Changemaker: 10 ways how to create a better world (immediately)
