Valerie Elsässer

Valerie is a veterinarian currently dedicating her time to writing a comprehensive, research-based book on industrial "livestock" farming in Germany, focusing on the lives of the animals, animal welfare, ethics, the human-animal relationship, and One Health aspects. Through her veterinary background and in-depth research for this book, she has developed insights and perspectives often overlooked in public and activist debates.
