Samantha Mora is a Mexican animal advocate, artist, and organizer working to strengthen the animal protection movement in Mexico. She is part of the leadership of the Confederación por los Derechos de los Animales en México (CODAM), a national coalition that connects more than 350 organizations and advocates working for animals across the country.
Through CODAM, Samantha works to foster collaboration among activists working on diverse issues, including companion animals, farm animals, wildlife protection, marine life, and vegan outreach. The coalition connects state leaders and local networks throughout Mexico, helping advocates share knowledge, coordinate campaigns, and better understand the challenges facing animals at both regional and national levels.
Samantha also serves as Country Coordinator for Mexico at The Pollination Project, where she supports grassroots initiatives and emerging leaders working to create positive social change, including projects focused on animal advocacy and compassionate food systems. In addition to movement building and policy advocacy, Samantha is also a musician and visual artist who explores the connection between culture, storytelling, and social change.
