Amy Brink-Peterson
Amy Brink-Peterson is a Plant-Based Health Coach supporting vegan and plant-based changemakers – especially women – on their journey to reclaim greater health, resilience, and wellness. With a foundation in whole-foods plant-based living and a transformative Woman-Centered Coaching approach, her coaching goes beyond behavior change, guiding clients toward a deep identity transformation that empowers them in their capacity to lead, sustain, and thrive in their activism. Drawing from her own experience with burnout, Amy is passionate about supporting others to sustain their advocacy and leadership for the long term. She believes that veganism is a practice of loving kindness that includes not only other animals, but also ourselves. She is trained and certified by Food Revolution Network. Currently, Amy is working with vegan psychologist Clare Mann in her Vystopia Transformation program to strengthen her own foundation and effectiveness as a vegan. She is also currently training with The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching to further specialize in serving women. She currently resides in the Netherlands with her husband and 5-year-old daughter, and offers coaching in both English and Dutch to clients internationally.
