José De Giorgio-Schoorl
José De Giorgio-Schoorl is a teacher, research advisor, and facilitator for humans and other animals within an anti-speciesist cultural matrix.
José spreads an in-depth knowledge of cultural change, providing personal growth support and courses to teach the meaning of animality and subjectivity from an animal point of view. She strives for a society where everyone can be seen for who they really are, putting into discussion the behavioral training tendency and the instrumentalization of living beings in general. She lives, together with her husband, the antispeciesist ethologist Francesco De Giorgio, with an interspecies family of 25 adopted animals at the Sparta Animality Reserve in Pieve di Teco (Imperia), where liberation is an act of daily care.
