Drawing on the sociology of the construction of public problems, a blueprint for societal change will be proposed. By examining the processes of achieving societal change and analyzing the three phases of public problem construction (collective mobilization, mediatization, politicization), the effectiveness of the animal rights movement can be improved to achieve animal liberation as fast as possible.
