Stalls

Being part of the International Animal Rights Conference with a stall is a great way of presenting your work, products, and services to vegans, animal rights activists, and the animal rights community.

The stalls rooms are planned to be open:

Thursday: 13:30-21:30
Friday: 8:30-21:00
Saturday: 8:30-21:00
Sunday: 8:30-15:30

Stall locations will be assigned by the conference team, with priority given to early registrants. The registration fee is 100 EUR for commercial stalls and 40 EUR for nonprofit organizations.

The stalls may not advocate or condone any form of animal exploitation. The products offered may not contain any animal ingredients or be tested on animals.

There will be at least one table on which groups that don't have enough material for a full own stall or who cannot afford the fee for an own stall can display their material. If you want to use this, please contact us in advance and let us know, how much material you plan to display.

This year the situation is very different from the years 2019 and before. We have no idea how the pandemic will develop leading up to the conference. There is the chance that the conference will still have to be moved to a purely online conference, which would not make stalls possible. Even if the conference is possible with live participants, we expect that strict infection protection measures will have to be implemented. To implement such measures, we can currently only allow fewer stalls. We plan for enough space between the stalls. As we get close to the conference, we might change the conditions. When planning your stall, including the travel and accommodations, please ensure to book only options that can still be canceled if we have to change the conference to an online format.
