An activist for the end of speciesist practices for more than 17 years, Anouchka is a co-founder of the animal rights organization Pour l`Egalité Animale in Switzerland, which launched the World Day for the End of Speciesism and the World Day for the End of Fishing. Anouchka studied the sociology of the construction of public problems to discover the mechanisms by which a certain state of affairs becomes perceived as problematic within a society and how this pushes the latter to act through public measures to eradicate what has become perceived as problematic.
