Originally from a rural area, Georg Prinz came to Vienna to study linguistics, but soon, his passion for animal rights dominated and he gradually decided to dedicate his life more and more to the struggle for animal rights.
He was intensively involved in the campaign to abolish game bird farms and enclosure hunting in Austria and is currently focusing on campaigns against fur shops, horse carriages and pig farms. Other than that, he acts as the activist coordinator for the animal advocacy organization VGT Austria. He is also an organizer for street outreach group Animals Voice, volunteers for the Vegan Society Austria and is involved in the weekly anti-goverment-protests in Vienna.
