John has been vegan and actively participating in the European animal rights movement for over 15 years, predominately focusing his organizing efforts on the vivisection industry but also participating in many other activities and actions against animal abuse.
For the last 5 years his activism has been focused as a researcher for the Gateway To Hell campaign (G2H), and he has been the driver behind many of the campaign`s biggest successes, including the Nepal campaign and many of the successful airline campaigns.
John also helped to establish the Air Souffrance campaign, a French national campaign against Air France`s laboratory animal transports, but he now only acts in an advisory role because the campaign is run entirely by French activists and acts as the autonomous French language representative of the global G2H network.
