Morning Stretching

To get ready for a long day of presentations, workshops, and more, a Morning Stretching session is offered on Friday to Sunday from 8:15 to 8:55.

We will use these 40 minutes in the morning to wake up your body and do some stretching. The exercises can be adapted to different levels and incorporate Yoga Elements. Your teacher is Bianca. She has a dance background and Yoga experience. Bianca has been teaching flexibility, aerial arts, as well as handstand classes for many years.

Please bring your own yoga mat or equivalent if you want to join the sessions.
