You will learn how nonviolent communication techniques can help us better reach those we want to reach. How it can help us to protect ourselves from frustrating situations and find more joy in talking with others, even if we might disagree at first.

We talk about the basics of nonviolent communication and how it can be implemented effectively in outreach and activism in general. You will have the chance to talk about your experiences, difficult situations.

If time allows, we will be having some training sessions on how to implement these techniques and mindsets.
