Escaping the echo chamber
Using strategic communication and collaboration to break through our bubble and see real wins for animals
Harley Mcdonald-Eckersall via Zoom

Animal Liberation will not happen overnight, yet sometimes it can be hard to differentiate between stepping stones towards our ultimate goals and deviations from our mission. In this presentation, Harley will share how we can use messaging and relationship-building to break through to communities with whom we may share common goals, even while we may differ in our ethics and approach. Using learnings gained from organizing mass actions in London and around the UK and developing strategy and messaging for Animal Rebellion, plus insights from communications and social movement theory, Harley will share strategies to allow us as a movement to build power and achieve wins for animal, climate and global justice.
