Alexandra Morette is the director of Code Animal in France. We do investigations into places where wild animals are exploited for entertainment: zoos, circuses; and where exotic pets are sold or captured. One of our methods is to change the law and raise awareness in the political sphere. We are about to make a law pass in our Senate to forbid wild animals in circuses and dolphinariums. The question of zoos is rarely discussed in the animal rights movement, which is the aim of the presentation.
