Dobrusia Karbowiak is an animal rights activist from Poland. After gathering experience in various informal groups, she cofounded Otwarte Klatki, an animal rights organization that focuses on investigations and promoting vegan lifestyle. She is also a member of the editorial board of Vege, a vegetarian lifestyle magazine, and Zeszyty Praw Zwierzat, an animal rights magazine discussing philosophy and ethology, and a volunteer manager for Viva!. Dobrusia frequently speaks at animal rights events in Poland and abroad and trains new activists.
