So many activists over the years have left the movement, victims of the stress and pressure which seem to affect many of us. But it need not be like this, it is possible to combine a lifetime of effective activism with a personal life of fulfillment and contentment. This talk will look at the various factors which lead to stress and pressure for campaigners, and some effective ways of dealing with them.
