This is a very personal presentation. I share here my experience as a native american and queer AR activist trying to belong to the AR community and work for animals in this country. The challenges, hopes and opportunity for me and the lessons learned in this 15 years working as an activist (volunteer) and as a paid worker within this movement and the challenges that the current political context in the USA presents for me and other activist in my situation.
