REGISTRATION

The number of participants is limited, due to the capacities of the conference location. When using PayPal additional charges are added to the registration fee. The green bold price indicates the rate that applies when paying by money transfer and the blue price indicates the cost when paying via PayPal, plus an additional 35 Cents per payment. Information about the food at ther conference can be found here. If you want to participate, but cannot afford the regular price of the conference, please sign up and send us an email describing the situation - we will find a solution.

Identification Process
In order for all participants to feel safe at the conference, we want to ensure that nobody participates, who has the intention to cause trouble or spy on animal rights acitivsts. At the same time we want to enable participants to be able to participate more or less anonymously, so you don't have to provide your real name on this registration page. Since we had a situation in the past, where a participant, who was suspected of spying on activists, refused to reveal his identity and this situation came close to escalating, we have introduced a new process last year, that worked fine. Every participant will have to provide a valid picture ID at the registration - if this is refused, the participation at the conference will not be possible. At the registration we will enter the real identity information into a computer, where this information will be stored, but encrypted with a public key. The private key will only be available to a very limited amount of people in the orga team. If a situation should occur, where the identity of a participant will need to be checked, exactly the data referring to the person in question will be decrypted and no other data. All data will be destroyed after the conference and the private key will not be handed out to any law officials.
