Beata is a passionate vegan and an animal rights activist. Her activism started in London in 2010. After attending few demos, she noticed that there is a space for more positive activism. At the end of 2013 the group We Are The Numbers was started, under its name the Awakening Compassion demos have been run in London. The main purpose of these demos is to make people think. At the moment there are similar demos being conducted in few cities in the UK by various groups.
Last year Beata moved back to Poland where she started a group called Wegańska Nadzieja (Vegan Hope). She is promoting veganism locally by doing presentations, food samplings and displaying films.
