Ondine Sherman

Ondine Sherman

Ondine Sherman is a life-long animal advocate, passionate about promoting respect and compassion for animals. In 2004, she and her father, Brian Sherman AM, founded Voiceless, now one of Australia`s leading animal protection groups.

Ondine is the author of YA fiction, Sky (2017, The Author People) and memoir, The Miracle of Love (2013, Allen & Unwin). Sky is the first in a series of YA books about a young vegan Australian that engages youth in animal protection issues.

Ondine`s social-media platform, Franimals, has become a popular community for animal-loving teens across the globe.

She holds a BA in communications from the University of Technology, Sydney and an MA in environmental education from Macquarie University.
