Jesse Zhang

Jesse ZhangJesse Zhang is a masters student in philosophy at Tsinghua University, specializing in animal ethics. His research focuses on political rights of domesticated animals. He is insightful about animal rights movement as a social-political movement and strategies for effective advocacy based in social, political and psychological research that examines barriers to (and opportunities for) social change. Apart from that,his interests cover issues of social movement theory, history of scientific thought, post-humanism, effective altruism, etc.
