|Self-happiness for animal rights activists|
Animal activists are very ambitious in their work. Most of the time we are focused on reducing or ending the suffering of all non-human animals. We often forget to think about our own (mental) health and happiness, while we are aiming towards altruistic goals. In this workshop we talk about our own happiness and how that`s related to our work. How can we take good care of ourselves and what does self-happiness means?
The workshop is very interactive, feel free to share your ideas and I will also tell more about some practical things that might help to improve your mental and physical health. If you want to set some goals to improve your own happiness and make sure you stick to them, this is the workshop for you.
