Travis Strong, DVM MS DACVO

Travis Strong, DVM MS DACVO

Dr. Travis Strong earned his veterinary degree from the University of Wisconsin in 2012 after completing his master`s degree in biotechnology from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. Following veterinary school, Dr. Strong completed a small animal internship in at Colorado State University, followed by a specialty internship in ophthalmology with Animal Eye Guys in Florida. He then completed his ophthalmology residency in 2017 at Iowa State University.

Dr. Strong has been vegan for about 20 years and an animal activist long before attending veterinary school. He works full-time as a veterinary eye surgeon near Toronto, Canada, and in his free time he travels the world visiting animal sanctuaries and volunteering veterinary services.
