Paweł Artyfikiewicz has gotten involved with animal rights when having started his voluntary activities as a canine behavior therapist for dog shelters in 2008 and later, in 2009 got involved with Polish branch of Viva!, where in 2010 he co-founded an animal rescue response team, conducting rescues and investigations. Since 2012, he has also been co-running a campaign against markets and transports of farm animals ran together with Animals` Angels International. On behalf of Viva! he has actively participated in hundreds of prosecutions against animal abusers, resulting in convictions, as well as stood up for the animals` cause in parliament sessions.
