Simon Gerlach holds a master`s degree in psychology and has a great interest in critical animal studies. His research centers around issues of trans-species empathy, moral disengagement and moral inconsistency in human-animal relations. For more than ten years he has been involved in various forms of social justice activism. Currently he is working as a project leader on the Danish 22-day vegan challenge campaign, VeganerUdfordringen.
