Chen Cohen

Chen Cohen

Chen Cohen is a key protagonist in Israel`s well known animal rights movement. In his talks he focuses on effectiveness and promotes strategic thinking in the local vegan movement. He is a manager in "The Next Step" program which aims to train vegans and activists to be the best advocates for the animals. Formerly, he was a leading mentor in the successful Challenge22+ program, (run by Anonymous for Animal Rights) and produced many protests, demos, marches and VegFests. Although he has a degree in electrical and computer engineering and he`s a software engineer, Chen decided to leave his homeland and his job as a software engineer at a High Tech company to devote his time as an animal rights activist. He has temporarily relocated to the United States where he is working at FARM, helping to create the largest Animal Rights conference in Los Angeles, California, taking place in July, this year.
