Josh Harper hails from the Pacific Northwest of the United States and has been an activist for more than 20 years. He was convicted for speech activity during the SHAC 7 trial, and sentenced to three years in a high-medium federal prison. After his release in 2009 he began working with others on TheTalonConspiracy.com, an archive of movement publications.
